DMEAid provides an AI-powered voice orchestration platform that automates Durable Medical Equipment (DME) ordering processes for healthcare providers. Our services include:

  • Automated supplier communication and order placement
  • Insurance verification and authorization processing
  • Real-time order tracking and status updates
  • Audit trail and compliance documentation

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for use by licensed healthcare providers, medical practices, and healthcare organizations. By using DMEAid, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

5. HIPAA Compliance

DMEAid operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA. Healthcare providers using our services must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before transmitting any Protected Health Information (PHI) through our platform.

6. Intellectual Property

DMEAid and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DMEAid, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our patent-pending technology is proprietary.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for DMEAid services are outlined in your service agreement. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the payment terms specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMEAid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. DMEAid is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
